  • 2 pounds of really ripe fruit, cubed
  • 1¾ cup water
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (more or less to taste)
  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the fruit well, and then strain into a bowl, removing all solid bits. Combine with water, lime juice and simple syrup. Pour into a pitcher, add ice, and enjoy.
