Happy Birthday to Orchids at the Hilton Netherland Plaza! Chef Todd Kelly and his staff are pulling out all the stops tonight with a birthday dinner!

For $85 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), you can sample dishes from menus throughout the years. It will start off with a Champagne reception, and then proceed to the party. Here’s the menu, with dishes that range from 1931 to present:
