So where are you heading for Restaurant Week?
So many good choices, yet only a few days to try them all. Here’s what I have my eye on:
- Local 127 is one of the most underrated restaurants in the city. Steve Geddes does farm-to-table in a way that isn’t cliche or pretentious, and his cured and pickled selections (always on his prix fixe menus) are worth the price of admission.
- Nicholson’s and their new menu is a definite to-try. $35 for two includes another farm-to-table dinner under the watch of Mark Bodenstein.
- Nicola’s is a definite favorite, and the ambiance can’t be beat. I’m curious about the lettuce soup choice for the first choice in particular.
