Aren’t these just the prettiest eggs ever? I picked these up at Findlay Market from Back Acres Farm and they made some excellent soft scrambled eggs this morning, and will be part of a vinaigrette tonight. I have two chickens thawing in the refrigerator to make some fried chicken from Back Acres Farms as well. Too bad we don’t have enough room (or time…) for some urban chicken farming. I’d love fresh eggs every morning, but this will have to do.
