Up and Coming Cincy Chefs benefits Cystic Fibrosis, Sunday August 28

Three up and coming chefs– Travis Maier from Aroma, Blake Maier from poco a poco, Lauren Brown from the University Club and Christina Dimartino from Seny and The Palace are teaming up for a dinner to benefit Cystic Fibrosis. Here are the details:

Date: August 29, 4 PM

Location: The Maier Residence, Indian Hill

$65 Includes Entry, complimentary wine/beer tastings before dinner and canapes, four course dinner including dessert and beer and wine pairings

4pm ~ Complimentary Canapes and Beer/Wine Tasting
6pm ~ Seating for Dinner
Evening includes Silent Auction & Exclusive Dress Auction by Paris J Boutique

Lobster roe soba noodles in shiso-mustard vinaigrette with Thai “chilli”crab, asparagus, and preserved enoki mushrooms. Sea urchin espuma
